RCC Growth Track guides you to discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you. The Growth Track is made up of three steps that equip you to:
- connect to the church.
- discover the strengths of your purposeful design.
- develop your God-given gifts to make a difference in the lives of others.

STEP ONE
Connect to the Church - Explore the story, beliefs, and structure of River City Church and find out how you can get connected and become a member.
STEP TWO
Discover Your Design - Dive into the details of your personality, discover your gifts, and see how your design reveals your purpose in life and your best fit in ministry.
STEP THREE
Develop Your Leadership - Find out what it means to make a difference with River City Church and connect to the opportunities available at River City Church to live out your purpose and serve others by using your God-given gifts.
